Development projects are truly labors of love. From site restrictions, building codes and permitting challenges it takes a fearless team to get the job done when it comes to putting a project together – especially a luxury condominium right on one of the most beautiful beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast.
On top of that remember a team has an infinite number of design styles to consider – proper placement and height of the structure, appropriate materials to use in order to last in the salt air and elements.
The INFINITY project is an exciting one – a private enclave of just 11 luxury residences designed in the beach chic Coastal Contemporary architectural style – a blend of modern and traditional asthetics that results in an extraordinary, relaxed, clean and fresh feel.
The talented and creative development team bringing INFINITY to life and working hard behind the scenes are lead by developer Randy Moore of Crossgate Partners. Based in Georgia, the company invests, manages and develops a diverse group of real estate projects including multi-family, retail, medical, luxury residential and mixed-use developments.
The project was designed by Architect Mark Sultana of DSDG, Inc., located in Sarasota, Florida. Mark is an award-winning designer who has received accolades for his stunning work on the Sarasota Yacht Club – another Coastal Contemporary design.
Carrie Riley of C. Riley Interior Design has over 18 years of experience of residential, interior yacht, boutique retail, commercial and sports venue design. She has a distinctive eye for capturing exactly the right aesthetic while ensuring spaces are functional and comfortable for living.
Michael Saunders & Company, lead by Michael Saunders is the exclusive real estate brokerage marketing the INFINITY project. MS&C is recognized as the largest selling brokerage in all price ranges in Southwest Florida, but her team is best known for being the luxury real estate market leader and innovator.
