Under a sunny, cloudless sky a group gathered on the sand on Longboat Key for a much awaited event… the groundbreaking for INFINITY Longboat Key! With temperatures in the 70s a picture perfect Wednesday, December 3rd was the day for the official celebration witnessed by local officials, VIPs and representatives from the media. Following the morning ceremony a private evening reception for INFINITY owners and local realtor/broker members was held.

“We are excited to be breaking ground and look forward to watching this wonderful community take shape,” said Randy Moore, Managing Partner of Crossgate Partners, LLC. “It’s the perfect time of year to celebrate and thank the many people who have contributed to this beautiful project, which will soon be home for just 11 lucky buyers.”

The project was designed in the coastal contemporary style by award-winning architect Mark Sultana of DSDG, Inc. of Sarasota and features just 11 residences sized from 3380 SF to 6370 SF with spacious covered balconies on both the gulf and bay sides. Floor to ceiling impact windows and glass handrails allow for expansive beach views. The main building is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico – just steps to beach. Each residence features a customized smart home technology package for security, comfort and entertainment.

Carrie Riley of Riley Interior Design is handling all aspects of interior space planning and design. Michael Saunders & Company is the exclusive real estate broker for INFINITY. The project is being built by Tandem Construction, which already has a team onsite managing the fast-track construction, expected to take approximately 14 months.
